Ep 12: Men’s Physique Contest Prep Vlog – Road to Pro Show 2015 (3 Weeks Out)… 20 DAYS!

3 weeks out (20 Days!), Core and Abs drying out more!

Went for new Bench PR, couldn’t hit quite what I wanted, but minimal strength drop for 3 weeks out from show. Perfectly happy with strength during this prep!

Training shifting a little bit more towards hypertrophy work rather than power lifts. No more 1 Rep Max lifts before the show.

Energy levels still decent, zombie mode at times but overall really well for this close to show. Hunger levels aren’t bad either, so prep is going awesome.
