4.5 weeks out, Obliques really coming it more and more!

Crushed some new PRs only 5 weeks out from show! Leaner than ever and stronger than ever before!

Squat – 425lbs | Deadlift – 455lbs | Bench Press – 335lbs (Going for PR.. hopefully 355lbs again this week!)

Weight and metabolism fighting back… 15g drop in the carbs… increase MISS Cardio to 350Cals/ Session!
