Physique update 12 weeks out from Classic Physique Debut!


Moving into a maintenance week this week for macros and my last deload week for training until the contest!


Macros this week:
Training Days – 225g Protein, 275g Carbs, 60g Fat
Non-Training Days – 225g Protein, 275g Carbs, 60g Fat
Refeed Days – 200g Protein, 450g Carbs, 50g Fat
