Stepping up MISS cardio from 300 Cals/ Session to 400 Cals/session.
NEW Cardio Protocol:
2 MISS sessions 400 Cals + 2 HIIT Sessions (15sec sprint/ 45sec recovery)
Getting some posing practice in after cardio.
Training Days – 225g Protein, 260g Carbs, 60g Fat
Non-Training Days – 225g Protein, 250g Carbs, 60g Fat
Refeed Days – 200g Protein, 450g Carbs, 50g Fat
