Ep 3: Mens Physique Contest Prep Vlog – Road to CBBF Natural Nationals 2015 (4.5 Weeks Out!)

Made a lot of changes in Training, Cardio and Macros!

 

Training back up to 6 days/week from 5 days/week

Carbs dropped to 225g on Training days, 215g off days. First time my carbs have fallen below my protein!

 

Cardio increased, and starting to lean out more in core and legs.

 

IFBB World Qualifier. Pro Card within reach!

Doing everything I can to make it happen!
