Massive REFEED 450g carbs + Free Meal (Extra 400-700 Calories)
IIFYM (Flexible Dieting) Full Day of Eating on Refeed
Training Days – 290g carbs, 225g protein, 60g fat
Rest Days – 260g carbs, 225g protein, 65g fat
Refeed Day – 450g carbs, 200g protein, 50g fat
Goal: drop about 1.5lbs this week.
